With 41 years of Calgary, Okotoks, Black Diamond, Turner Valley, Bragg Creek, High River and rural Alberta acreage real estate experience, Ken Zacharias has been successfully helping his clients through the good times and the very tough times in our ever changing market.A veteran of the prolonged downturn of the 1980's, he is knowledgeable and well positioned to help you buy or sell any real estate properties in these exciting times.Ken Zacharias’s first job in the sales field came at the age of eleven years old when he began delivering newspapers. He learned the value of hard work and excellent service at an early age. Since those early days he has worked as a sign maker, singer, film maker, farm machinery builder, painter, janitor, photographer and realtor. He also found the time to study for a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Bachelor of Science degree, a diploma in Advertising Photography as well as many courses in sales and computer technology. As a result of his broad interests and experiences, Ken relates well to an extremely wide spectrum of people. For the past 41 years Ken has combined his many interests and abilities and used them to perfect his real estate skills in the ever changing Alberta market. He has successfully helped his clients through many business cycles during that time. His knowledge of the more technical aspects of real estate transactions and markets never eclipses the human side of property sales.
