As a second generation full time professional since 2002, I have learned the value of building relationships with my clients from my father, Gary Davidson. Over 75% of my business comes from repeat and referral clientele. I have achieved Royal LePage's Diamond Award, which is reserved for the top 3% of all real estate agents in the Calgary marketplace. I am also a lifetime recipient of Royal LePage's Award of Excellence. Some realtors try to create business by branding themselves as the "neighbourhood experts." Often, they spend more time and money marketing themselves and not their clients' listings. Others spend a lot of money creating a website that generates leads for them to pass on to other less experienced agents. I provide personal and top level service to my clients, not concerning myself with promoting myself at their expense. My business enables me to have a detailed understanding of the entire city and surrounding communities and of all types of real estate, not just one. Single family, condominium, or acreage. It is this experience with provides me with an advantage over many other realtors who focus on one part of the city. I believe in giving back to the community that I live and work in. I volunteer with youth and I donate to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, which provides for women and children that come from abusive relationships. My wife, Mandee, my son, Jonah, and I have lived in the community of Lake Bonavista since 2009. We love living in the vibrant city that is Calgary.
