- The TENANT shall provide a full credit report to the LESSOR, to be reviewed by the LESSOR.
- The TENANT shall provide proof of employment and/or income and/or funds to the LESSOR, to be reviewed by the LESSOR.
- The TENANT shall obtain tenant insurance including civil liability, for the PREMISES, of ($2 000 000) two million dollars, MINIMUM, for the duration of the lease.
- The TENANT shall provide proof of tenant civil liability insurance to the LESSOR before the moving in.
- The TENANT shall provide to the LESSOR, proof of Hydro-Québec account for the PREMISES before the move in date.
- The TENANT must read and agree to the by-laws, rules and regulations of the co-ownership/property. In the event that the TENANT violates any of these rules, the TENANT shall be fully responsible for any resulting fees, fines, or similar penalties.
- The TENANT shall return the PREMISES to the LESSOR to the same state as at the commencement of the lease, excluding normal wear and tear.
- The TENANT shall bear all costs associated with moving in and out of the property, including but not limited to, elevator reservation fees, which shall be paid directly to the owner, syndicate, or building management, as applicable.
