Transportation

Cars are a very good transportation option in Saint-Laurent. Coming across a place to park is quite easy, and many properties for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute Décarie. This area is also quite transit friendly. Homeowners profit from Côte-Vertu Station and Du Collège Station with access to the Orange Line. The borough is connected by around 40 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually just around the corner. Saint-Laurent is not particularly cycling-friendly since there are few bike lanes. Nevertheless, there are a limited number of elevation changes, and some bicycling-friendly pockets exist. There also aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of Saint-Laurent, despite the fact that meeting day-to-day needs is convenient.

Services

A supermarket is usually reachable within a reasonably short walk from most homes for sale in Saint-Laurent. There are also a limited number of options for those who value nearby restaurants and cafes.
