Thanks to a few nearby bus lines, homeowners can count on public transit to travel in this neighbourhood. Driving is also an excellent transportation option in this part of the city. Parking is quite easy, and it is a short car ride to the closest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est, from anywhere in this part of Brossard. There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this area, despite the fact that many day-to-day needs can be carried out on foot.

The nearest supermarket in sector T is usually only a rather short walk away. A limited variety of restaurants and cafes is available as well. In terms of education, families will appreciate that wherever their house is located in this neighbourhood, daycares and primary schools are close by. However, this part of Brossard does not contain any high schools.
Character
There is a broad selection of green spaces in sector T. To be more specific, there are a few parks close by for residents to relax in and they are very well-situated, resulting in them being easy to get to from most locations in this part of Brossard. However, few tree-lined streets are prominent. This neighbourhood remains relatively quiet, as there are few pedestrians; however there can be more noise for those who are around Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est or Autoroute René-Lévesque.
