The rental amount includes a base rent of $4,916.00 (plus applicable taxes), plus an additional rent of $725/month (plus applicable taxes) for operating expenses such as snow removal, building insurance, municipal and school taxes, and any other related expenses. The additional rent will be adjusted, if needed, the following year based on expenses during that year. The base rent will be adjusted annually with a $100/month
