Property Information:

1. Clause 6.1: There will be no renewal fees for the listing broker.
2. Clause 6.4: There will be no renewal fees for the Collaborator broker.
3. Conditions of the offer:

4. 5. "The tenant agrees to return the apartment in the same clean condition as it was received at the end of the lease, and to remove any personal belongings not provided by the landlord. If there is any damage caused by the tenant, the landlord is entitled to deduct the cost of repairs from the security deposit."
