Property Information:

Open concept 1 bedroom condo of almost 800 sq ft with a large balcony. Rental is semi-furnished including appliances, garage and storage. Spacious open living area with a full wall of windows from bottom to top. Kitchen with island. Walk in adjacent to bedroom. Want to live in this beautiful riverfront project, then don't pass up this rental unit. Building services indoor pool, sauna and exercise room. Steps from St Paul Street, Place Jacques Cartier, CHUM, 10-minute walk to 2 metro stations, quick access to Highway 720.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
The lease must be for a minimum period of 12 months.
If the tenant renews or extends the lease, the landlord will not have to pay a commission to the broker for the renewal or extension.

The tenant must be approved by the landlord. The broker will be responsible for checking the tenant's
