Property Information:
LESSEE must meet and accept the following conditions:
* The LESSOR reserves the right to render the promise to lease null and void if he is not fully satisfied with the credit report, employment or any other supporting documents.
* The LESSEE shall sign and respect all the building regulations and by-laws, at the same time as signing the lease agreement, and agrees to pay any fines or penalties that might be imposed by the syndicate due to his fault in not respecting these regulations.
* The LESSEE shall provide proof of $2,000,000 tenant liability insurance prior to occupancy and to be maintained for the entire duration of the lease
* The LESSEE shall provided proof of an account with Hydro Quebec prior to the occupancy.
* No smoking, no cannabis, including medical cannabis inside the premises.
* Pets are not allowed, except with the LESSOR's written pre-approval.
* Short term rentals, AirBnB and sublease are not permitted.
