The lessee is to respect the premises and return it in the condition it was received, apart from normal wear and tear. A full walkthrough shall be done before occupancy of premises with the lessor or the lessor's representative and a final walkthrough shall be done at the end of the lease with the lessor or the lessor's representative. Any damage done to the apartment or its furnishings shall be the sole responsibility of the lessee.
