- The SUBLESSEE shall provide proof of tenant civil liability insurance to the LESSEE and LESSOR before the moving in.
- The SUBLESSEE shall provide a credit report to the LESSEE and LESSOR, to be reviewed by the LESSEE and LESSOR.
- The SUBLESSEE shall provide proof of employment/income/funds to the LESSEE and LESSOR, to be reviewed by the LESSEE and LESSOR.
- The SUBLESSEE shall provide to the LESSEE and LESSOR, proof of Hydro-Québec account for the PREMISES before the move in date.
- The SUBLESSEE must read and agree to the by-laws, rules and regulations of the co-ownership/property. In the event that the SUBLESSEE violates any of these rules, the SUBLESSEE shall be fully responsible for any resulting fees, fines, or similar penalties.
- The SUBLESSEE shall return the PREMISES and/or the appliances and/or the furniture, if applicable, to the LESSEE and LESSOR to the same state as at the commencement of the lease, excluding normal wear and tear.
- The SUBLESSEE shall bear all costs associated with moving in and out of the property, including but not limited to, elevator reservation fees, which shall be paid directly to the owner, syndicate, or building management, as applicable.
- The SUBLESSEE agrees to take over the obligations of the current lease held by the LESSEE, including but not limited to rent payments, maintenance responsibilities, and adherence to all terms and conditions outlined in the original lease agreement. The SUBLESSEE acknowledges that
they are assuming all rights and responsibilities associated with the remainder of the lease term as of the effective date of this sublease.
