6. No Airbnb or similar short-term sublets will not be tolerated. Any subletting for less than 6 months will be considered a violation of the lease agreement which may result in repudiation of the lease.
7. The tenant will also be responsible for any damage to the private/common area or/and any liability damage caused by the tenant during the rental.
8. At the end of the rental period, the unit must be returned in the same condition in which it
was rented minus normal wear and tear.
