6) No television wall mounted bracket is permitted in any rooms of the condo.
7) When the lessee's move out of the condo they must leave it in the same state as they have found it, other than for the usual wear and tear, which comes with time and use.
8) Satisfactory credit check, proof/letter of employment and reference from current landlord are required.
9) No ARBNB or short term rentals are permitted.
10) Lessor requires first and last months rent in advance upon an accepted promise to lease.
