3. Any alteration to the premises, repairs or painting must first be approved in writing by the landlord.
4. No use of washer, dryer and vacuum before 9am and after 9pm.
5. Strictly non-smoking premises (any type, including cannabis) in all areas of the property (including balcony).
6. Pets not allowed.
7. Short term rental and sublease (Airbnb type or other) prohibited.
8. The lessor is allowed to check the condition of the dwelling on a yearly basis (as stated in clause 29 of the lease-section Access and visit of the dwelling) and the tenant will be informed at least 24 hours in advance of the visit of the landlord.
9. No parties or loud music.
