7) In the event that a key/fob is lost, the LESSEE will have to pay the costs required to change/replace the locks/fob;
8)Any changes or modifications, of any kind, on any surface of the premises (rooms, walls or floors), cannot be undertaken without prior written consent of the LESSOR;
9) The LESSEE and his/her guests undertake to respect the rules of the co-ownership/building regulations and will be responsible for paying for any violations charged to the owner during the lease;
10) The tenant agrees that the condo will be well maintained, returned clean and in the same condition as delivered (except for normal wear and tear). The security deposit will be returned to the tenant after a satisfactory inspection that shall take place in the 30 days before the end of the lease. All or part of the security deposit may be retained to pay for damages caused by the Tenant.
