- The lessor will ensure the property has been professionaly cleaned prior to possession by the lessee.

- The lessee will ensure the property has been professionaly cleaned at the end of the lease.

- Winter lease will be prioritised from November 15th 2024 to April 27th 2025. Any modification of these dates would be subject to discussion with the lessor.
