- No smoking.

- Pets may be permitted at the lessor's discretion.

- A security deposit of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- The lessor will ensure the property is cleaned by a professional before the lessee takes posession of the property.

- The lessee will pay a $90 fee to ensure the property is cleaned by a professional at the end of the lease.

- Also available for spring, summer or fall seasonal rental.
