solutions upon moving in.
- The LESSEE shall return the PREMISES and/or the appliances and/or the furniture, if applicable, to the LESSOR to the same state as at the commencement of the lease, excluding normal wear and tear.
- The LESSEE shall provide the first month's rent to the LESSOR at the signing of the lease.
