A hot tub (with a capacity of 5-6 people) could be installed quickly by the owner upon request.

-The porch will be finished/screened for the 2025 summer as well as a heated shed

1.The owner will have cleaning carried out, at his own expense, by professionals before taking possession. The tenant will have the cleaning carried out by the same professionals at the end of the lease at his expense. See broker for contact details of the cleaning team

2. The hydro account will be transferred to the name of the tenant for the duration of the lease

3. A security deposit will be required upon signing the rental agreement for $1,500 in the name of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.
