Le Relais is licensed for 110 interior seats and for 38 on the upper terrace.
The owner has recently installed a 600v/400 smp electrical service (with buried wires) which will improve energy efficiency and permit the transfer of some equipment from propane to electricity for more savings. The appearance of the upper terrace, without wires, will be beautifed. Possibility of its expansion to be considered, for added revenue. It will be possible to install separate meters for each of the areas of the property if desired.

There are currently 15 heat pumps providing heating and cooling, except for 3 of the guest rooms and the small apt and one rental space.
