North Talbot is a neighbourhood just to the northwest of Downtown, running along the north branch of the Thames River. The neighbourhood is known for its shops and restaurants along Richmond Row and many office and residential towers in the southern part of the neighbourhood close to the core. The housing in the area is a mix of beautiful Victorian homes and high-rise apartment buildings. North Talbot has many access points to the Thames Valley Parkway along the Thames River, including at Ann Street Park and Harris Park.
