On the other hand, the bike is a rather poor mode of transportation in this area because bicycling is rendered difficult by the typically steep terrain, and there are very few bike lanes. This part of the city is not particularly conducive to walking because running daily errands is at times challenging without a vehicle. However, Willowridge is an extremely good part of Toronto for getting around by car. It is easy to park, and it is a very short car ride to the nearest highway, such as Highway 401, from any location in this neighbourhood.
