Primary schools and daycares are straightforward to reach on foot from most properties for sale in this part of Mississauga. However, high schools are not very plentiful and thus not always within walking distance. With respect to eating, it is easy to get to the nearest grocery store on foot in this part of the city. Meadowvale is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. This part of Mississauga is quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Finally, access to public green spaces, like Eden Woods and Lake Wabukayne, is very easy from the majority of locations in the neighbourhood, since getting to one from many houses is very easy and there are around 30 parks nearby for residents to explore.
