Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. It is challenging for pedestrians to move around in Riverside as few common errands can be run on foot. Riverside is also not very suited for cycling as bicycle riders encounter a significant amount of hills, and there are very few bike lanes.

Accessing the nearest grocery store by walking is possible for some, but not all, house buyers in Riverside. A small variety of restaurants can be found in Riverside as well. As far as education is concerned, in this area, parents and their kids will commonly be able to get to daycares and primary schools by walking.
