However, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is not very frequent. Walking is not very convenient for residents in this part of St. John's since very few daily errands can be run without the use of a car.

This neighbourhood does not have any high schools or primary schools. In addition, daycares are not especially abundant and thus not always within walking distance. When it comes to food, in vast majority cases, a car is needed in this part of the city to reach the nearest supermarket.
