Bouctouche is a town located in New Brunswick, Canada.


About 60% of the units in the town are occupied by homeowners and 40% are rented. In this town, most buildings are single detached homes, but small apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock. Roughly one third of properties in this town were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, while many of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1980s.
