Driving is a great transportation option in this neighbourhood. Coming across a parking spot is easy. On the other hand, this part of the municipality is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually nearby. Bicycling is difficult in Northlands as there are few bike lanes, and cyclists are faced with a significant amount of slopes. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the municipality are located in places that are also not very conducive to those who travel by foot because very few daily needs can be carried out without the use of a vehicle.
