The favoured way to navigate North Saanich is usually driving. The majority of houses for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, such as Patricia Bay Highway, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, North Saanich is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, the municipality is served by around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. Travelling on foot is not very convenient for home buyers in North Saanich as very few common errands can be run without having to use a car.

Services

Parents and their schoolchildren may consider it very hard to access high schools and primary schools as pedestrians. Furthermore, there are only a very small number of daycares and consequently they can be a very long walk away. Concerning food, it is very rarely practical for property owners in North Saanich to travel to the nearest grocery store by walking.
