Kate Carmichael is part of this new generation of brokers who have "chosen" this career out of passion for the field in all its facets... She was influenced by her mother, herself a broker, who suggested that she buy her first apartment building at the age of 21. Very quickly, she understood that real estate and homeownership involved a lot of commitment, work, but also a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. Her partner's career gave them the opportunity to spend more than 5 years in California and Hawaii, where she discovered several aspects of real estate. Each individual, based on their life experience, culture, and where they live, sees the purchase of a home differently, as they all have both very different and very similar needs. That's what's interesting! Helping clients see all the options available to them, whether it's buying or selling their property, is what she is passionate about.
