Before becoming a Real Estate Broker, I studied to become an Architectural Technologist and graduated. I worked for many years as a construction estimator for general contractors. So I have a huge background in building structure. I am a Residential Real Estate Broker, so I sell and buy single family homes, condos and revenue properties with less than 4 units. I am particularly specialized in secondary properties commonly called "the cottage". Often bordered by water, this type of investment requires a different experience that not everyone has. I know the many bodies of water in the region as well as the standards and regulations of the various municipalities. Whether we are talking about protection of the waterfront, short term leasing or due diligence to protect your future purchase, I will be your guide through the process.
