For those of you who know me, it is an ongoing pleasure to work with you and to those new to my network, it is my honour to have gained your trust and look forward in advancing our relationships and partnerships through this network. As one of the founders and Managing Partners of the REC Canada Group, life is busy. It is also very rewarding. The majority of my work , traditionally, has been in Retail / Commercial Real Estate (Business Sales, Merger & Acquisitions, Tenant Placement and Relocation). As the market has been changing, so has our penetration into the investment real estate field. My team of 50 Senior Brokers, serves the interests of over 800 clients a year in the acquisition/disposition of investment properties, handling their clients regular real estate needs, as well as selling a lion share of Toronto's Preconstruction Allocations. Our Commercial and Multifamily practitioners have consistent and exclusive "off market" opportunities, that serve specific mandates for our larger and institutional clients. I also have a significant amount of experience in the locating and transacting of Retail Plazas, Apartment Buildings up to 200 units and Medical Buildings. As a man who is grateful for all my mentors, I am now in a phase of my life where giving back has taken the front seat of my soul.
