Lois Otoni

Professional Experience

With a passion for real estate and years of hands-on experience, Lois is excited to join the team at Royal LePage Terrequity Rinomato and begin her next chapter as a real estate agent. For nearly a decade, Lois has been involved in commercial and residential real estate investments, new construction and home renovations in the Toronto area. Prior to this, Lois worked at her family’s construction business, managing everything from project coordination to the finances of the business. Investment properties and home flips have come naturally to her because of this experience. Academically, Lois has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia with a double major in strategy and marketing. Growing up outside of Hamilton and spending the last 15 years in Toronto, has given her valuable insight into the GTA market and a great appreciation for the area's diversity, culture and architectural character. She is excited to help her clients reach their real estate goals through a mixture of education, care, communication and professionalism. When she is not diving into real estate projects, Lois enjoys giving back to her community with a focus on underprivileged youth and is passionately involved in helping raise funds for YMCA’s Beyond the Bell Program and Mohawk College’s City School.
