Before starting her career in real estate, Helenaz studied Ethics, Society and Law at the prestigious Trinity College at the University of Toronto and political science at the University of British Columbia. Helenaz has over a decade of experience in hospitality and sales. She began her career in Toronto in hospitality working at One Restaurant located within the Hazelton Hotel and then as a client advisor for Louis Vuitton at the flagship store located at Bloor and Avenue where she built a loyal client base through her dedication to providing bespoke customer service. Helenaz was born in Vancouver but she is a die hard Torontonian and over the past 10 years she has lived in many of the vibrant neighborhoods this city has to offer including King West where she currently resides, but also Yorkville, Rosedale, St Lawrence Market, and the Financial District. Her time living in each of these neighborhoods has made her an expert on the distinct characteristics of each of these unique boroughs. Aside from her love for real estate Helenaz has a passion for interior design which is an asset when assisting her clients in staging their properties and preparing them for listing. When Helenaz isn't selling real estate she is checking out the best that Toronto has to offer, be it a local workout studio, local café or restaurant, or latest art and cultural event. She is always exploring this diverse city and keeping up to date on what is happening so she can be well versed for her clients when they need her expertise.
