John Iannuzzi has been licensed since February 1974, and became a broker in 1980. He obtained the FRI designation in 1987 and has been a charter member of the IC & I Division of the Metropolitan Hamilton Real Estate Board since 1993 and served as chair of the Regional Commercial Council of our Realtors Association of Hamilton- Burlington. Specializes in Land Development and Investment Properties. In August 2008 he was rewarded the Certified Commercial Member (CCIM) after passing the Institute’s Comprehensive Examination in Chicago. John also sits on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Central Canada Chapter, and was president in 2011. He is the Broker of Record and President of Royal LePage Macro Realty, Brokerage in Stoney Creek employing 85 sales representatives and brokers. He is fluent in English and Italian and can converse in French and Spanish.
