As a real estate agent who was born and raised in Saugeen Shores, let me be your guide to what this area has to offer. The Doll family has been in this area for generations and it truly is the perfect place to set down your roots. I worked as a Marketing Manager for a top Real Estate Developer (First Gulf/Great Gulf Homes) in Toronto for 5 years before moving back to the area. Working for a company with over 4 billion in assets was an interesting and challenging job. I handled all aspects of the companies marketing, design and advertising over the GTA. After moving back to my hometown of Southampton to raise a family and escape the city, it was a natural step to continue my education in Real Estate by receiving my Sales Representative designation. I began my career by graduating a 3 year Graphic Design, Advertising & Marketing program which translated to a job right out of school in Toronto. I always have believed in resolving clients’ needs with the best possible solution. I believe strongly that the same philosophy goes for Real Estate. With over 15 years experience in Advertising agencies, I took to travel and broadened my horizons by working freelance design while overseas in Australia. I returned to Canada and received my CAAP designation (a 2 year marketing program) which has provided me with great insight into marketing and branding. All of this experience translates well into being the perfect person to take your home to market. With exceptionally designed ads, beautiful photographs, videos and marketing strategies/campaigns, your property will have the fullest exposure to the public and ultimately reach the right buyer. They say Real Estate is not a "Home Business, it is a Relationship Business".
