I have proudly been a professional Real Estate Broker with Royal LePage, Canada's largest real estate company where I have worked tirelessly to exceed client expectations. I have an abundance of experience helping clients with selling & purchasing; residential properties, investment properties, new development, multi-residential properties and commercial properties. I have also spent a considerable amount of time working with first-time home buyers and have received a BGRS certification to better meet the needs of military and relocation buyers. Recently, I have been awarded for my commitment to my clients with the following awards: Royal LePage National Top 5% Award (2022), Ruby Award (2022), and Royal Lepage Top Tier Status Designation (2022)". Living in Ottawa for the past 20+ years, I have become very familiar with Ottawa and as a result, I have helped numerous clients purchase and sell in Ottawa (Barrhaven, Riverside South, Manotick, Greely, Orleans, Kanata, Stittsville, Rockcliffe Park, New Edinburgh) and the surrounding areas (Cornwall, Prescott, Brockville, Kemptville, Richmond, Carleton Place, Carp, Rockland, Cumberland, Casselman, Winchester). My expertise in electrical engineering and 10+ years of experience as a project manager at an electrical power plant, have provided me with the background to fully understand structural, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems within the properties you’re interested in. In my spare time, I like to volunteer my time back to the community and have been awarded by the Ottawa Sikh Society with the Volunteer Award in 2017-2019.
