Often family and friends would ask what I wanted to be when I grew up. At twelve, I had visions of being an archaeologist or RCMP. By the age of 18, I knew I wanted to help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. With a plan in place, I pursued a business education paid for while working as a photographer (a skill that would have great value down the road). I further honed my customer service skills by transitioning to a Customer Service Trainer position for a world renown photography company. As a people person who values building relationships, I specialized in Human Resources Management to help employees and to successfully provide guidance to multiple businesses through strategic development and growth. All of these skills are important in real estate... Influenced by my father and uncle who had been investing in residential real estate for most of my lifetime, I successfully marketed and sold a couple of houses prior to getting my license. Past work and life experience continues to shape my success as an agent. By knowing the best photography angles to promote a home’s best features, to understanding and delivering exceptional customer service, to marketing unique features of a home so it stands out from others on the market and partnering with respected trusted professionals in the industry... Drawing from life experience living in an apartment, townhouse, detached home or outside of city limits in a rural area, and living in multiple cities like Hamilton, Burlington, Grimsby, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Brampton or owning foreign property, it provides a greater understanding that can help my valued clients... Will you see my face advertising on a bus or park bench? No. Will you see my name on a sponsored event for charity? Absolutely! Besides supporting various community events and charities, I love interior decorating and staging, often sharing ideas with friends. Also, I am currently learning how to play golf and one thing that I have learned so far is that no one day is consistent to the next but I rarely give up...
