Professional Experience

I’ve been in real estate for over twenty five years, and licensed as a real estate salesperson for twenty. I started working at the office while in school and quickly realized I should be on the other side of the desk. Within months I earned awards and was in the top tier within my office. I went on to obtain my Broker’s license and become a Manager. During this time I was in charge of training, coaching and mentoring agents. I helped them with their day-to-day questions, challenging deals and overall growth as professionals. Some of these Realtors were ranked in the top 1% elite and I assisted with any questions the agent had or questions from clients that they were unable to answer. Why hire the student when you can have the teacher? My strengths are real estate specific knowledge and negotiating. I have proven results and it comes from working hard during negotiations, and having the experience to set the right price. That’s no easy task. A majority of my business comes from referrals—my clients stick with me. If you’d like to speak to any of them to learn why, I’d be happy to arrange it. On a personal note, my fiance and I have a son who is nearly five years old and I love to spend as much time as I can with my family when I am not busy with real estate. I enjoy playing ball hockey as well as soccer and am a goalkeeper in both sports. Some say I enjoy having the responsibility on my shoulders in all aspects of my life!
