David joined Royal LePage Commercial in 2024 with responsibility for deal origination and execution in the industrial, office and investment markets. David has previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield as Vice President, Industrial Properties and at Colliers International as Managing Director of the GHA market and also as Vice President of Industrial, Office, Land and Investments. Over the course of his career David has completed in excess of 1,000 transactions in 7 Canadian Provinces and 9 U.S. States. David has served on the Halton Region Development Charges Committee, Denton’s Guest Speaker Panel, completed the Canadian Securities Course and has an undergraduate degree from Toronto Metropolitan University. David is also the President of Doorward Management, a commercial real estate management firm specializing in industrial and office properties in the GTA.
