After a successful career with a Canadian telecom company in GTA, Yakov and his wife made the decision to move back to Belleville to raise their two sons. Real estate has always been a passion for Yakov and he’s excited to join the Rufo Real Estate Team to assist new and existing clients in reaching their goals. As a real estate investor for the past 5 years, Yakov gained valuable experience in construction and management of long- and short-term rental properties and is looking forward to sharing this knowledge with his clients. Yakov is actively involved in the community through the Rotary club of Belleville and loves outdoor activities, as well as exploring the county and all it has to offer.
