Heather Alexander was born and raised in Toronto, where she has developed a wealth of professional experience leading up to her current role as a realtor. Heather has worked in the residential and commercial building industry since 2002, working with builders and contractors in the GTA. Some of her services included cleaning newly built commercial buildings, residential homes, condos and offices. She also supplied builders with general labourers and handymen to do repairs, painting and pre-delivery inspection reports. As solar energy became more popular and increased in demand, Heather had developed a fascination with the various technologies ranging from solar farms to energy audits. Additionally, she started working with both domestic and offshore manufactures of solar products. Some of her responsibilities included solar, wind and energy audits and assisting clients with the feed-in-tariff programs in Ontario, resulting in the implementation of several unique solar marketing programs designed for Non-Profit Organizations. Working in the Solar energy industry has also boosted Heather's knowledge in research, financing, government grants, loans, writing and delivering sales and marketing presentations. With many years of work experience behind her, Heather continues to stay busy by managing a household with her husband and making time for her hobbies in the outdoors with her children and 2 shitzus- all while settling into her dream profession as a real estate agent.
