As a Realtor, James's mathematics degree from St. FX, knowledge of contracts, attention to detail and experience developing an 85-acre subdivision, provide experience that you can trust. In 2021 James helped a client break ground on the development of a 35 Lot, Ocean Front subdivision. James oversees the entire project including building the roads and working with the engineer, surveyor and municipality as well as the sale and removal of 16 buildings that came with the land. The first lots will be ready for the market in late spring/early summer of 2023.
