Professional Experience

After completing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Memorial University, Liam was drawn to the real estate industry. His past experiences in customer services, sales and the construction industry, coupled with his business knowledge and charismatic personality make for a winning, client-centred approach to achieving real estate goals. Liam believes the key to successful client relationships is "to be available and to stay in touch". His strong social and communication skills will ensure clients are well informed during all stages of any real estate transaction. While having enjoyed many international travel experiences, Liam is extremely proud of having grown up in Newfoundland. Having firm roots here, he is quite knowledgeable about residential and commercial neighbourhoods in St. John's and surrounding communities. An avid fitness and wellness enthusiast, Liam spends much of his spare time at the gym, coaching children's sports teams and participating in a variety of team sports. He credits sport for honing his competitive spirit and teaching him the value of teamwork, commitment, dedication and hard work- skills he is ready to apply when dealing with his valued clients.
