Conor brings with him a passion for real estate and over 6 years work experience as a corporate-commercial lawyer at one of the largest law firms in Newfoundland and Labrador. Conor’s legal practice included the negotiation and preparation of commercial leases, development agreements, construction contracts, and purchase and sale agreements for both real estate assets and operating businesses. He also has significant experience with commercial financings and corporate reorganizations. Conor graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University in 2009 and from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University with a Juris Doctor degree in 2012. Conor is a practicing lawyer licensed by the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. Being responsive to his clients is key element of Conor’s work both as a REALTOR ® and as a lawyer. Conor lives in St. John’s with his wife and two daughters and enjoys playing hockey, taking his Labrador husky on hikes and spending time with his family.
