Professional Experience
Matthew studied real estate at UBC and completed his Diploma of Urban Land Economics along with obtaining his Canadian Residential Appraisal designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Professional RI (BC) designation from the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. Matthew has worked with multiple major infrastructure clients for 15 years assisting with their real estate acquisition needs for major projects. In addition to this, Matthew has also been a real estate investor since the age of 19, when he bought and renovated his first property. Currently, Matthew and his wife Jocelyne are working on two developments in the western communities while raising their three children.
