Yes, that's my name. Top 2% nationwide for Royal LePage agents. What you will remember more than my name is the level of service I provide. My goal is rather than you telling your friends and family "who" helped you, you tell them how I helped you. I have over 20 years of decorated real estate experience. I've been through most situations multiple times, experience takes time. Over 20 years in, and at the age of 42, I have many years left. I want to be your agent for every sale, not just one sale. Notice my attention to detail when helping you, your friends, and your family, generationally. At 42 I can relate to older generations but I can be hip and cool with the younger crowd too... right? Well, I tried... I'm the second generation in real estate. I watched my late father, Darren Chinchilla when I was very young until his passing in 2022. He was a decorated award-winning agent and broker with a real estate institute degree in urban land economics, we talked shop a lot. My Mother was a huge influence in both my father and me getting into real estate. She owned and renovated many homes. As a young child, I watched her build 2 new homes and then I built myself a new home, under her tutelage. I've renovated a few homes myself with Mom at my side. I started my career in real estate at 20 but did construction before that and for a few years after. I have you covered being licensed in real estate sales and property management. I'm happy to work with all Sellers and Buyers. Developers and investors are in my wheelhouse. I'm easy to talk to, give me a call at your convenience.
