In 2003, Brenda was the office manager for the successful “Rivers Edge” subdivision in Parksville and is an expert on that particular real estate project. She later went on to successfully market both “Benson Meadows” and “The Bluffs” for MacDonald Development. Since starting her professional Real Estate career in 2004, Brenda has consistently been one of the top 5 realtors in Parksville and Qualicum Beach. In 2009, she ranked #1 at Coast Realty (Parksville/Qualicum Beach) and achieved the #3 position in the entire company! (Coast Realty Group had 14 offices on Vancouver Island with more than 300 realtors at that time). In 2014, Brenda was ranked #1 at Coast Realty Group (Parksville/Qualicum Beach) for the 2nd year in a row. At the Coast Realty 2015 Spring Conference, it was announced that of the 14 offices from Ladysmith to Powell River and among the 190 agents in the company…she was the top producer for 2014! Royal LePage Parksville Qualicum Beach & Coast Realty merged in August 2015 and I achieved the Diamond Award, which ranked me in the top 3% of Royal LePage agents across Canada. From 2017-2021, I was recognized with the Red Diamond Award ranking me in the top 2% of Royal LePage’s 18,000 agents across Canada. In 2022-2024, I received the Executive Circle award for Top 2% of agents in BC, the Top 10 award for individual agents in BC and I ranked in the National Top 2% of all Realtors® across Canada.
