Professional Experience
I'm a second generation Realtor, who's career in real estate began in 2005 whereupon I built an award winning re-sale practice while also taking part in the land assembly and project marketing of some of the North Shore’s best known pre-sale sites. In 2015, I had the honour of being appointed Chair of the City of North Vancouver Variance Board by Mayor and Council where I served two terms adjudicating variance issues in the City. I have had the tremendous privilige of serving as Managing Broker at Royal LePage Sussex since April of 2019 and was additionally named Vice President of the BC Corporate Brokerages in June of 2022. In that time, Sussex has grown to outsell its next closest competitor in our market area by a margin of 2.5 - 1 on the North Shore of Vancouver where Royal LePage Sussex has been the only brokerage to sell more than one billion dollars of real estate for three years in a row. I feel my proudest accomplishment here has been the development of our training and mentorship programs which has seen Royal LePage Sussex produce 5 of the "Top 35 Under 35" amongst Royal LePage nationally in the last three years. Where 87% of licensees in BC fail after just 2 years in the business, a stunning 92% of rookie agents in our program continue to be in the business in the same time period.
