Professional Experience

I spent 17 years as a Canada Border Services Officer before embarking on my real estate adventure, so interpreting and explaining law & policy comes easily. I am a problem solver who adapts to changing and sometimes stressful situations as the need arises which I think is an asset when it comes to negotiating and helping you navigate the process. I am calm under pressure and will strategize and educate you along the journey so that you can make the right decision for your unique situation. I have experience with a multitude of properties in various settings from cities to very rural areas. I have helped clients buy and sell: condo/strata buildings, Lease Land, Agricultural/Acreages, Manufactured Homes, and of course Single Detached Homes. I love taking the time to work with first time home buyers. I grew up in Chilliwack and have a great network of professionals (Mortgage Brokers, Notaries and Inspectors to name a few) I can refer you to. I am very familiar with the nuances of Chilliwack and the surrounding communities (Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey, Hope) which make up the Fraser Valley.
