Ryan went on to launch a company in the construction industry, establishing a successful company specializing in landscape construction, custom in production home building, an multi unit buildings. After selling his construction company, Ryan took on a leadership role with Conley Max an oil field service company, expanding their market into mining, construction, and agricultural sectors. Ryan works to develop patented agriculture technologies that allowed farmers to bring their goods to market quicker through advanced grain drying technologies. In 2019, recognizing the growth potential for Nanaimo, BC, Ryan and his family relocated to Vancouver Island. Diverse background allows him to work with a wide range of clients, offering expertise in evaluating buildings and facilities quickly and effectively. In his free time Ryan coach’s soccer for Nanaimo United FC and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including sailing hiking golfing tennis horseback riding skiing snowmobiling motocross and much more.
